Export multiple structures or calculation reports in a single operation. This page explains how batch export works on Visual Peptide and where to do it.
Where to batch export
- Batch Analysis — Multiple peptide sequences; table view and optional CSV or ZIP of PDFs.
- The 3D Viewer exports one structure at a time (PDB, PNG). For multiple structures, run the batch tool or use the viewer repeatedly.
